Register your business
Tell us who you are and confirm your email with a code. Then your business name, country and currency, and pick a package. We review every registration before switching it on, usually within a working day.
Set your rules once
Upload your logo, switch on the currencies you lend in, decide whether you charge interest or late fees, and turn on automatic reminders. Everything has a sensible default, so you can skip this and come back.
Add clients and give loans
A client takes a minute to add. A loan takes less: amount, due date, how many instalments and how often. Each instalment gets its own date and its own reminders.
Record money as it comes in
Tap Repayment on the loan, or Record payment on the client when they do not say which loan it is for. Overpayments go to their held funds. Mistakes are reversed, never erased.
Let the reminders do the chasing
Clients get a text the day before and on the day. Late ones are reminded every few days until they pay. You see who still owes on one screen and can send a statement to anyone in one tap.
Questions people ask before they start
Do I need a computer?
No. Deyn works in the browser on any phone. Most of our users run their day from a phone and use a laptop only for statements at month end.
What if I lend in more than one currency?
Each client can have a balance and loans in each currency you switch on. Transfers between currencies use the rate you type in, and every transfer is recorded.
Can my staff see each other's work?
Everyone in your business works on the same book. Staff can record loans and payments. Only admins can change settings, reverse transactions, add users or see billing.
What happens to my data if I leave?
It is yours. Export every statement as CSV or PDF at any time. We keep your records for the period in our data protection notice and then delete them.
Is there a contract?
No. Packages are monthly. Move up or down from your billing page whenever you like.
