The small print, in big print
How is SMS charged?
Every package includes free messages each month. Beyond that, buy a bundle from your billing page. Purchased credits never expire. One message of up to 160 characters uses one credit.
What if I add more users than my package includes?
Each extra user is billed at the per-user price when you add them, and again with every monthly invoice while they are active.
What happens if I pay late?
Invoices are due 14 days after they are issued. Two weeks after the due date the account becomes read-only. A month later it is suspended. Paying restores everything, nothing is lost.
Can I try it first?
Yes. Ask for a trial when you register or write to us. We set it up by hand so we can show you around.
